As a cloth diapering mom, I always had to fall back on traditional disposable diapers during busy weeks and trips. G-Diapers have saved us from not only the waste, but simplified our clean up process. I've yet to have a leak, even over night (I have a boy, btw) - but I do noticed that the messies get on the liner easier than I had hoped. It really doesn't matter though, since we can swap the liners out so easily. And I just LOVE that the flushies are also biodegradable, so they can go in the garbage or down the toilet with ease.
I now have 6 covers, 12 liners, and feel this is the perfect combination for my 17mo.

gdiapers are cute and they fit very nice, but I would say, if you are thinking about cloth inserts you have better options. In my opinion the disposable inserts are very expensive (like 3 times more expensive than disposables) and it isn't nice to tear them apart to flush them. I tried cloth inserts (hemp, microfiber, cotton...) and the pee will be touching the baby skin all the time and they shrink inside the liner with the baby movement. it was not a good experience.
Im switching to bumgenius one size AIO, I love them and they keep my baby skin dry, and are very absorbent, cute and also fit perfect.

GBaby diapering system is an awesome combo of cloth and disposables. We have been using them for several months now and they are easy to use and I feel much better about the environmental effects as opposed to regular disposables. I have tried many other cloth diapers and always had a problem with leakage and diaper rash.
I have tried flushing the Gbaby inserts, and they flush well in the toilet, however I prefer just throwing them away in the garbage. I stuck one in my compost tumlber to see what happened and it did break down relatively quickly. Overall I am very satisfied with them.

My wife and I are first time parents and wanted a diaper that was earth friendly. The Seventh Generation diapers are good but they're not as earth friendly as they could be. So we tried the gDiaper and love it. It's easy to use and better than the all in one cloth diapers. I'd recommend the gDiaper to anyone who has a baby or is going to have a baby. Can't say enough goo dthings about these diapers. I only wish they were a little cheaper when buying extras.Customer Review: gDiapers are wonderful

I purchased a 4 pack of the inserts and we love this product. We are doing our part to help the environment and encourage others to do the same. If you are looking for a diaper that is a cross between a cloth diaper and a disposable...look no further. My daughter was getting diaper rashes each week with the disposable diapers. Since we have been using the gDiapers she has not had the first diaper rash. She loves them as much as we do.
