I purchased this waste basket for my son's Zanzibar themed room over a year ago. It's absolutely adorable, good quality and does it's job well! What more can you ask for in a waste basket?
The painting on the sides has held up well, but this isn't an object that gets thrown around a lot!
The only negative I can think of is that the wood seems to really absorb odors, so you'll want to line it with a plastic bag if you're using it for anything potentially smelly. I leave a fabric softener sheet in the bottom of mine, and it absorbs the nice smell of that instead.
