I never thought I'd be gushing over a toilet seat, but this is the greatest invention, and customer service was top notch. Ken at Cool Bath Designs was awesome. First, he called me minutes after I placed my order to make sure I really had an elongated toilet and hadn't ordered the wrong size accidentally. How's that for customer service?! I had some difficulty putting it on at first b/c one of the locks had not been installed properly; but I called Ken (super nice guy) and after initially offering to send out a new one (I didn't want to wait) he was able to talk me through fixing it. After that, installation was a snap. THIS IS THE BEST POTTY TRAINING SEAT EVER! Within ONE DAY my twin boys were both off the little potty and on the toilet! They haven't gone back to the little potty since (yeah! no more cleaning the little potty!!!). We had tried those rings that slide around, and the thing that you climb up the ladder ... this is WAAAAAY better. It is as stable as a regular toilet seat, safe, and a breeze to remove and clean. It also has this great slam resistant feature, which is really nice for safety, and for when you have boys who love to bang things around! It's so easy for the kids to use, they're able to put down the right seat themselves. And it's easy for the parents too ... no more seats to take off, put on, and take up space in the bathroom. The seat also looks really nice. I wish it came in different colors to match my upstairs toilets! Anyway, my guys love their new toilet, and I'm so happy that we've got the potty training thing down. Well, at least in the daytime ..... THANKS KEN!
