I use tried to use this in conjunction with the "My brest friend pillow" (which is awesome btw) and found that most of the time the utterly yours pillow lifted my breast too high out of her mouth. If you are using the cradle hold it is a little better. I think it is a great idea, and I gave it 3 stars because this could possibly work better on different breasts in different positions.
