Customer Review: Tight Fit= Not Easy To Use
Summary: 3 Stars
The bag itself held up for 2 international flights and 2 state-to-state flights, so I haven't had issues with the bag ripping or the zipper breaking, however I found this bag to be a real pain because it's such a tight fit. The design is just bad overall in comparison to the new 2011 model... the way it zippers and the way you have to velcro around the wheels, etc. It's not user-friendly. I haven't used the new model myself, but based on the design change (zipper placement, etc) I would suggest that one instead of this one. If you do buy this bag, do a couple of practice runs before heading to the airport for sure!
