This simple product is amazing. We used it on a recent trip with a Britax Marathon car seat and loved it. It's so easy to use and makes traveling with a car seat (and baby) smooth. We only took one of our car seats, so we used it for our 16 month old who weighs about 20 pounds. My husband pulled him along just fine. I struggled a little bit just because you have to pull your luggage a little lower than usual to keep the car seat bottom from dragging, but that may be because our car seat is large and carry-on luggage was on the small side. It was really easy to release once we got to our gate. With out this product, we probably wouldn't have taken our car seat because it would have been a pain to carry around the airport while carrying a 1 year old and walking with a 2 year old. And having our car seat on the plane made a huge difference for our 1 year old. I can't say enough good things about this product. I would say it's a little costly based on the simplicity of it, but it was so worth every penny!!Customer Review: Works great--kind of pricey (for what you're getting)

I give this a 4 star, it's genius, but it's expensive (it's really just a t-bar strap that you could probably use your own belts, so for the price it gets 4 instead of 5 star). It worked great for us to wheel around our toddler in the airport, easy to take apart during the security search, and great to carry around in your purse/diaper bag until landing where you'll have to do it all over again until you get to the car. Could not have managed to have her Britax Marathon carseat (lugging it around) w/o this unique tool! I loved the Travelling Toddler! It was easy to undo and attach, it was super quick through the security lines & I have no complaints except for the cost of the thing. Much cheaper than other products, but for around $18 all you're really getting is a 't'-strap that connects to the seat and around your carry-on luggage, which probably cost 50cents to make!! Then again, it was SOOOO WORTH IT, when we travelled!! If you know a friend who has one, save yourself some cash & borrow it!!Customer Review: Worked great! Be sure to try at home first!

I got this for Christmas from my Mother-in-Law. It turned out to be perfect. I was not sure how to fly by myself with my active 16 month old. This solved my problems. Our rolling carry-on is old and did not feel stable enough with all that weight, so I just strapped on the car seat (Evenflo Triumph Advance Deluxe Convertible) and usually used my sling to carry my son. I still had a free hand! The diaper bag clipped to the suitcase handle and rested in the car seat.
Yes, security is difficult no matter what, but I simply un-hooked only the top of the 3 clips and slid the straps down the suitcase. Then just slipped it back up and clipped it again when putting it back together. The flight attendants were happy to carry the car seat to an airplane seat, and I put my son into a regular seat (strapped with a SEAT BELT) while I installed the car seat on the plane.
Sure it seems expensive for something so small, but it works! And it slips into the suitcase pocket for storage.

This product is outstanding! We used it to take our 2 year old and his car seat across the country and it worked like a charm. It even allowed us to take our son off an airplane and through an airport sound asleep! He enjoyed his "stroller" and would ask to ride in it as soon as it was hooked up. It was a breeze to hook together and was an easy matter to take apart and reattach for security checks. It is important to note that it only works with a latch system car seat. Ours is an older Britax Roundabout and it worked perfectly. We were asked several times by airport personnel, other mothers and random people where we got the product. Over six years and several trips with our children, we've tried a car seat bag (the strap broke) and a back-pack strap thing (then we still had to carry our child or a stroller) and both were outrageously expensive and very disappointing. This inexpensive product is a true find and I intend to tell every parent I know traveling with a car seat all about it!Customer Review: Made Traveling with a Toddler and Infant a Breeze!

I recently traveled by myself with a newborn and a toddler with a layover, and this product made my life so much easier! My toddler HATES strollers and always tries to escape. But she LOVED riding in her car seat as it was strapped to my roller. I have a Britax Marathon and it fit nicely with my carry-on. It was very stable and secure! It made going through security much easier than having to take down a stroller. Because of this strap, it made one less bulky item "aka: stroller" to keep track of.
This, coupled with my Baby Bjourn for my infant, made travel less stressful. Even several flight attendants commented on how it's about time someone came up with a product like this.
NOTE: As a reviewer commented before, it fits secure if your roller is packed full, but not too full. I had to over-pack my roller on the way back and that made the car seat lean to one side a bit. That made it harder to pull, and get on and off at security, but it was still very stable.
