Customer Review: Cute Little Mat!

This mat is a good buy. It's a lightly padded mat with a squishy u-shape pillow decorated as a lady bug (bonus #1 since we really like lady bugs!). The face has that crinkly plastic stuff inside which my lil girl LOVES to chew on. She likes the hands and the little leaf toy too. With the help of the pillow, she'll push herself up onto her hands and sometimes look into the mirror too. She's getting stronger, so sometimes we just use the mat part with other toys to build her strength and vary what she's playing with.
This item sure brighten's up the room and it's more of a bright pretty pink than a neon pink like the picture indicates. Overall it's more of a fun purchase than a necessity. You could really come up with the idea of the u-pillow using a towel or another small pillow and a blanket instead of the mat. However if you start using this within the first couple months of tummy time then you're probably going to get more for your money :)
