Just wanted to take the time to say how great the customer service was with Tiny Love. I am using this for my second child now. My daughter loved this mobile when she was a baby. We never had any problems with it. When I got it out of storage to use for my son, I had problems putting it back together. After calling customer service, I was sent all new pieces (basically getting a new mobile) at no cost to me. With so many problems with other companies, knowing you get great customer service with this product is reason enough for me to pony up the money to buy it. This mobile is also very color-rich and has great music. The detachable music box is another great feature. Babies grow out of these types of things so fast. Being able to use the music seperately from the mobile is a wonderful bonus.Customer Review: My twins loved this!

My twin sons loved this mobile. One of my sons had an acid reflux problem, and whenever he was fussy I could put him in the crib with this mobile and he would settle down and relax. Both boys loved listening to the music and watching the mobile. We do have the version without the remote, so I cannot comment on that. We never had any problems with the motor, however, and for the amount of use we got out of this mobile, the number of battery changes did not seem excessive. My sons are now 15 months old and we still use the music box portion. They enjoy turning the music on themselves when they get into the crib. I would recommend this mobile to anybody with a baby. In fact, I recommended it to my sister and if she does not receive it as a shower gift, I am going to buy it for her myself.Customer Review: Fantastic Product

All mobiles should be this good. Most mobiles are absolutely useless and aren't developed to truly entertain or help the child's development. Most are made to match bedding or to please a parent. This one is battery operated - not wind-up and it plays for a least 15 minutes. I even got one for his crib at daycare. The batteries are a bit of a pain to change but it's not the end of the world. Someone said that you can't put it on a crib if you're using bumpers - what? Put it on either the end or bottom of the crib. That way it is always tall enough that the child can't pull it down on top of him/her. If some of these people are already whining about a mobile - wait until you have to put together real toys. A little extra time is needed to put it together - but your child is worth it.Customer Review: Both of my daughters love this mobile

We had a wonderful experience with Tiny Love's customer service. After 2 months, the motor quit spinning, which was terribly disappointing, due to the expense my Mother in Law spent on this mobile. I called customer service, and was sent a new motor immediately.
As my first daughter grew, we removed the mobile and left the music box on her bed. The familiar music helped her fall asleep, without being a hazard. Now that we have re-added the mobile for our second daughter (who loves it also), our oldest is enjoying seeing the animals on the mobile anew.
I also wanted to note that we have only used the remote a few times. We haven't found it to be necessary as we turn it on as they go to bed, and they fall asleep as it runs the first time.

This is actually our second mobile (exact same one). The first one I purchased and it just quit about three weeks ago...couldn't ever figure out why so we made a mad dash to the local Toys R Us who was sold out. Ended up having to order online because our little guy couldn't be without this mobile - he absolutely loves it!!! While we were waiting for this one to arrive, I had to stand there and mimic the mobile's movements for my son b/c he just loves it so much! The music is soothing, the colors of the animals are great and constant motion of the beads keeps my baby entertained. He just loves it and it guarantees me 15 minutes of free time and most days a second 15 minutes with the quick hit of the remote control button. Great mobile - would highly recommend!
