Customer Review: Loved it since his first week of life!

When my friend first lent this to me, I didn't think I'd use it because it's king of ugly and doesn't match my son's room. Boy would that have been a mistake! We had this attached to my son's changing table and would let him watch it as entertainment during his wake time. He loved it from the time we brought him home from the hospital. He was mesmerized as he learned to "track" the objects. Once he started smiling, we have great video footage of him under it since he would smile so much as he watched it. Then we got great footage of him laughing while watching it once he started giggling. Once he got big enough to reach up and grab it, we hung it on his crib. Sometimes he'll stop crying at nap time when I turn it on because he's instantly enthralled. He falls asleep while watching it and I go in several minutes later to turn it off to save batteries once he's out. It runs for a LONG time without stopping, unlike wind-up mobiles. The music isn't as annoying and repetetive as wind-up ones either. It has beautiful classical music and there are 3 songs to choose from. The only downside is that it burns through batteries (3 AAA) fairly quickly. I'm going to buy some rechargeables for this and his other battery-operated toys, so those should last longer. This is a great mobile. The angle provides perfect view for baby. He loves staring at the shapes and colors. He literally stares at this for hours. The music is good, but does not allow much change in volume. I would like a setting that allows for the mobile without having the sound on.Customer Review: My child loves this

My baby really enjoys this mobile. She will get so excited. The music is great and the colors are great. The only thing I didn't like was the fact it doesn't hold on to the crib so well. It is a little loose. If my baby didn't love it so much I wouldn't use it because I hate that it's not so secure to the crib.Customer Review: Great mobile and excellent customer service

The mobile arrived broken. The music played but the mobile didn't move. The customer service rep (Cindy - you are awesome!) doggedly returned all my calls even though I was difficult to reach. They sent out a new mobile immediately. My son LOVES it - he'll watch it and kick with delight for 20 minutes at a stretch.
I highly recommend this mobile - the excellent customer service really put it over the top.
