We've used these nipples regularly for the past month or so and have had no collapsing, or any inversion. The flow seems good for our son, who is ten weeks old. Recommended.
UPDATE- Maybe 4 stars instead. We've had one collapsing nipple and one leaking nipple. The leak comes from between the nipple and ring. We interchanged the nipple and ring with another ring and nipple that worked and found that the ring was the problem, even though it looked fine.
