I do not get this blanket at all. My child needs to be swaddled super-tight in order to sleep. We use the swaddlers with the velcro fastners pretty religiously because if he manages to squeeze out a hand or kick out a leg in his sleep, he will wake up crying. So he really has to be wrapped. This blanket in my opinion is overpriced and does not do a good job of keeping baby wrapped up. He managed to kick his feet out every single time we wrapped him in it. Maybe we are using it wrong but we can't see any other way to keep his legs inside. And it's kind of awkward having to wrap the top portion around the baby's torso. Overall, just not really worth the money. We are sticking with the swaddlers by Kiddopotamus.Customer Review: A Life Saver!!!

This is the only swaddle type our baby girl would ever sleep in. I did find that it takes a little practice to become efficient at properly wrapping her in it, but after a couple times it'll take you all of 30 seconds to have your baby swaddled and asleep.
Remember that the baby will squirm and cry most likely at first, but after a short time, our little girl got excited when she would see and feel the motions of the swaddle.
Only problem? She has yet to take a long nap or sleep through the night without the Miracle Blanket. ...but she's only 4 months at this point so we're not worried.

We bought this for my son at 6 weeks, and it has been amazing. We tried the velcro blankets first (hoping to save some money), but he would squirm free in minutes. He can't get out of the miracle blanket, and it really helps him sleep better.
However, now I have a problem. My son is 5 1/2 months old, and he will NOT sleep without this blanket! He is too long for it, so we don't put his legs in it anymore, but we still wrap up his arms. He just won't sleep without this! The blanket is not getting any bigger, and my son is! So i'm not sure what I'm going to do in another month or so.

Our little acrobat has been wiggling out of her swaddle since she was two weeks old. This would wake her up instantly. We tried the velcro swaddles and recieving blankets. We even used both together, but she always broke free. Ruby has been an excellent sleeper but this new problem was causing her to wake up several times a night. As soon as we got the amazing miracle blanket she went back to sleeping in 5 or 7 hour stretches. We swaddle her once when we put her down to sleep and don't have to touch it, until we unwrap her in the morning. Plus it's really soft material and we love the color!!Customer Review: Didn't sleep through the night until we got the Miracle Blanket!

Our little guy would not sleep more than 3-4 hours at a time at 2.5 months old....then I went online and found the Miracle Blanket and told my husband that we ought to give it a shot. The first night, he slept for 6 hours straight!!! The next night it was 8 hrs...and the next was 9 hrs. He's been sleeping consistent 7-9 hour stretches ever since! We're trying to ween him from it now because he's getting too big and rolly...don't hesitate to buy this product...it's so worth the money. The next time around, we'll be using it from the beginning!
