My daughter was being breastfed and given a bottle supplement since day 1 due to her low birth weight. She got use to the disposable nipples and bottles the hospital gave us but ofcourse I wanted to switch her up to regular bottles. My lactation consultant suggested the Breastflow also from first years because they simulate breastfeeding but she did not take to these bottles. They would drip all over her face and on her clothes and she would scream bloody murder everytime my husband would try to give her the bottle for her once a day bottle feed. We switched to Avent and once again my daugher screamed everytime we tried to feed her. Since she likes the soothie pacifier I found these at Wal-Mart and decided to try them. My daughter LOVES these bottles and I don't seem to have the leaking problem like others do. Also these bottles are a breeze to clean. These bottles are great. Wal-Mart also sells them with Winnie the Pooh characters on them. Very cute!Customer Review: Good flow, too wide.

I havent had any problems with the bottles leaking like others have stated, but I guess I always check and make sure the lid is on right. The suction isnt too fast, which is great. My baby doesnt get choked. She latches easily to the nipple since it is the same as the pacifier that she loves. My only gripe is that since the bottles are so wide they cover the whole lower part of her face and it smooshes her nose. There isnt a curve in the bottle, so when the milk gets low you either have to lean the baby back more, which I dont like, or either mash the bottle on her nose. Its avoidable, but I tend to do it whithout realizing sometimes. Id rather just stick with a bottle like playtex with a curver or a bottle that is slimer. I still use the bottles, but I just have to make sure the whole time I'm feeding that it isnt mashing her nose so she can breath.Customer Review: Daughter loves them!

After nearly throwing an Avent bottle across the room (I gave up - LEAK LEAK LEAK!!!!), something had to be done. Luckily my husband went to the store and decided to take a look at the bottles. We loved the Soothie pacifier so much, we bought a number of them, so when my husband saw that they made bottles, he picked up one to try. After using it for one day, I went back and bought 6 more. 4 weeks later and my daughter still loves them (no confusion between paci and bottle, or breast and bottle), we've never had one drop leak, and the wide neck makes cleaning them very easy. My younger sis is expecting baby #3, and after feeding my daughter once with the Soothie bottle, she's decided that this is the only bottle she'll be buying as well!Customer Review: Great Bottle

I tried several different bottles, including Avent and Second Nature, and this is the only one that my baby could get a good suction on and didn't flow too fast or make her gag. The nipples are the same as the pacifier given to me at the hospital (which is the only pacifier she will take as well). I am breastfeeding, and with all of the trouble I was having findnig a bottle, I was worried about what would happen when I went back to work and my baby had to be fed from a bottle. This bottle has eased my mind. Also, the wide neck make washing easier than any other bottles. The reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because it will leak if the top is not on really tight, but as long as I make sure it is tight I have no problems.Customer Review: Great Bottle Finally!

Finally a bottle that is easy to clean and my baby loves! We have been through every bottle out there and wasted so much money that I vowed never to try another--but when my second baby refused the bottle (I had settled on the playtex with my son because it was problem-free) and refused playtex, I tried these. It's the only bottle she will take. She is also breastfed, so I'm not sure if these are just better for breastfed babies, but she has no gas problems with these, and they are incredibly easy. Also cool how the cover fits on the bottom of the bottle so if you are out and about it's easy to find.
