I wish there was a 3.5 stars, but I guess four will do. I've only used this for bottles, but for the most part, it's a great item. My baby is formula fed, so we make formula in the evening to use the next day and store it in the fridge. It heats up perfectly in the time it takes to change my daughter's diaper, but it took us a good while and a few steam-burned hands to figure out the right timing. The bottles can overheat VERY quickly, and watch out for the steam it creates... it's REALLY hot. The water measurement IS NOT hard... you simply fill up the side cup to the line and pour it in when you're ready to heat. We don't use the cooler much anymore, but when we kept my daughter's bassinet next to my bed, it was great for a quick reach instead of running out to the kitchen.Customer Review: This is a must have! I use Dr. Browns bottles and I don't know what I would do without this warmer. I'm able to store 2 bottles in my sons room for the overnight feedings and warm them instantly. The only problem I have run into is that Dr. Browns 8oz. bottles don't fit in the cooler with the caps on, they're too tall. I just store them covered with the inner disk but no nipple and they are chilled perfectly all night long! I've never had a problem with the ice melting before morning.When following the instructions, this works perfectly to heat bottles! Of course, if you add too much water then the bottle will overheat. The water fill line is for 8 oz of fluid, not 4. My son is 3 months old now and we have used it for over 2 months. Great....I'd recommend it to all my friends :)

As a first time mother to a preemie, I thought this would be a great thing to have. It was a trick to get the water measurements correct; for the first few weeks it was either too much or too little. After a while it would start to shut off by itself too soon so the bottle wasn't warm enough. After that it began to stay running and making the bottle too warm and scalding the warming plate; sometimes it would burn a hole through our bottle inserts. It also took quite a bit of room on our counter. When my son was 11 months old the button to start it (the little red button on the front) broke and it wouldn't work at all. When I tried to send it back to the company they sent it back w/in a week and told me my warranty had expired. Next time I'm buying the Munchkin!Customer Review: i wish i had gotten one sooner!

This bottle warmer was such a life saver! I only wish I had gotten one sooner. We purchased ours when our son was almost two months old, and it was so convenient for nighttime feedings! With the nightlight on the front, I never had to turn on another light, even for diaper changes. Now our son is sleeping through the night, but I still use the warmer for every bottle, and will soon be able to use it for baby food jars. The only complaint is that the little containers for water were a bit hard to get open without spilling water everywhere, but I just keep a small bottle of water next to the warmer and use that instead. It was hard to get the water amount right at first, but trial runs with regular milk helped get the right amount to heat the bottles not too hot!Customer Review: MUST HAVE!!!

This is one of my favorite products I have purchased as a new mommy. I love it. It warms the Avent bottles great. It took some trials to determine how much water to add but now I have it down great. You can over heat and then you will burn yourself if your not careful. It is not like the negative reviews if you pay attention and use the right amount of water. It DOES NOT warm the Playtex Ventair bottles. I guess because of the vent but I preferred the Avent bottles anyway. The cooler DOES keep bottles cold for up to 8 hours if you remember to freeze the freezer pack each day. We have a 2 story house and this helped us so much. I have the other First year single warmer also and it is in my kitchen and it is great as well. This is definitly worth the money!
