We recieved this as a gift and at frist it was great. We could keep it in the room with us and the baby and make things easier for night time feedings. We have had very few problems with heating to the right tempature. I have realy liked the warmer untill yesterday. I heated a bottle for my daughter at 12 and it worked great but when I went to heat one at 3:30 the unit never heated up. We have worked and worked with it but the heating element seems to have quit working. My little gril is only six weeks old and we have used the warmer mostly at nights so I can't see that we have over used it. This is the second frist years product that has stopped working for us in the frist six weeks.Customer Review: Started out Great

This product is great if you have a two story house. It is not much fun going downstairs to warm a bottle in the middle of the night--that is if you can make it without falling down the stairs in your sleep-deprived condition. It does take some practice figuring out how much water works best to get it the temperature you want. I use a little less water for 4oz bottles. Also, taking the bottle out and swirling it about half way through seems to help. (Usually by the time I'm done changing my baby's diaper, it is half way through.) Be sure you add the water in each time...if you forget and run the warmer, you won't get very warm milk...and you have to wait awhile to try again.Customer Review: Not as great as it seems

First off, the keeping bottles cool part of this is a waste of money. It does not have any true refrigeration in it. It is nothing more than a cooler and you have to remember to put the piece in the freezer during the day. You can save money buy simply getting a small igloo coolerAs for the heating unit, I thought it was pretty bad. Its not that fast, and its not that reliable. I can heat a bottle faster and more accurately simply by running the bottle under tap water. Most of the time this heater left to contents of the bottle ice cold, but at the same time heated the outside of the bottle so much, I could barely touch it.
I would not recommend this product at all.

I too had the same problems with this warmer. It took forever to find the right amount of water it took to warm the bottles, because what the directions said was incorrect. Then once you did find the correct amount of water the amount of formula changed and you would have to start again. Bottles were always too hot or too cold!!!!! The cooler doesn't hold the Johnson's Healthflow 8oz bottles and the Playtex ventaire bottles don't work in a bottle warmer! Very disappointed with this item, but by the time you find out how much you can't return it because it has been a month or so. Beware!! Don't buy this product. Thank goodness for this website and rating system.
