I bought this for my partner when I went back to work and he scoffed at me, telling me it was silly and not necessary. I work nights though, and wanted it to be as easy for him as it could be. He's since apologized and told me that he thinks this product is fabulous. He uses it every time he warms up a bottle, even though we keep it in the bedroom. The cooler works exactly as expected and I love that he doesn't have to run to the kitchen to get the milk or have another cooler in the room. He said that glass bottles really don't work as they get too hot and he'd like it if the cooler held different size bottles, but all in all, it's a great product and I'm delighted that it's been such a help to him.Customer Review: too much effort at 2 am

We did not care for this product. It sounded like a good idea, but it was too much effort in the middle of the night. It is hard to figure out how much water to put into the small steamers and as a result we either overheated or underheated many bottles. I don't know that this is a necessary product for new parents, b/c our daughter would take a room temperature bottle... we used powdered formula so we would just mix bottles as we needed them with room temperature water. Even then if our daughter fussed, we could just run the bottle under warm water to heat it up before a feeding. We are expecting baby number 2 in June and we probably won't be using this product. I agree with all the other reviews saying the warmer with burn your hands and overheat the bottle. Especially when you only have a few oz in the bottle. The water in the warmer actually BOIL when it heats up and if the bottle got stuck in the handle, it means you have to use your bare hands to separate the boiled bottle and the boiled handle. You end up having a boiled hand as well. The worst part is it will burn your love one....
Not only that, the cooler does not close well so the content will not really be kept fresh even the ice-pack is frozen before placing into the cooler. We switched to AVENT warmer. A little more $$ but it is much better. I would NOT recommend this product.

The cooler is wonderful. But it appears this bottle warmer and all the others on this website have the same problem...you have to figure out how much water to pour into the holder to heat the bottle enough. Most of my 4oz bottles come out too cold and since the auto-shutoff refuses to let me turn it on again until MANY minutes later, I end up having to run to the sink to warm the bottle under the tap. The instructions never mentioned that you can't turn on the unit again until it cools down. There is no way to put the bottle back in the warmer & just give it a few more minutes. It's useful when you get lucky enough to figure out how much water to use based on how cold your bottle is!Customer Review: A must have if your bedroom isn't near the kitchen!

This is a must-have if you aren't near the kitchen for those late night feedings! The last thing I wanted to do is stumble down the stairs, half asleep, to get a bottle out of the fridge, and wake up my sleeping dogs in the process! We keep this in the bedroom and it works great. I find it takes a little bit more water to adequately warm the milk, but once you figure it out, it's fine. The ice pack does a nice job keeping the bottles chilled, but be careful not to overfill it with water, because it will expand and won't fit into the container! And of course, don't forget to take it back to the freezer in the morning! All in all, I'd have to give this product 5 stars ... no complaints!
