This is a very simple product to use and works well with almost every bottle on the market. I use it with born free bottles which are pretty wide and my sister uses it with Avent brand bottles. This warmer works perfectly well with both brands. It works really quickly and heats up four ounces of formula, straight from my mini fridge, for my three month old in under 3 minutes. Not bad when you have a hungry baby screaming in the middle of the night. Just be sure to read the instructions and follow it thoroughly before use and you shouldn't have any problems as I have not had. I have also purchased this and given it away as presents to friends. Every one I have given it to; have loved it as much as I have. Warm formula always hits baby's spot and helps with gas and spit up problems. I have found it worked well for my refrigerated breast milk and my transition to formula so I can recommend it to both breastfeeding moms and moms who choose to feed with formula (both powdered and premixed canned). Can't' beat the convenience and it is priced really well compared to other brands of similar items.Customer Review: Does the Job

What can I say, it does the job. It heats up the milk. The thing is that you have to keep an eye on it since if you leave it too long on its own; it might over heat the milk/bottle.
This is how it works, you have a little water meter that tells you how much water to add to the unit to heat up X amount of ounces. It works fast so even though the recommendation for a certain amount of water to be added to the unit per the amount of milk to be heated, I would recommend that you take it out before it's done to make sure it's not too hot. If it needs more, just put it back in for a few more seconds. Another recommendation I have is to have a rag or a wash cloth to pull out the bottle, especially if you use glass bottles like we do. The bottle will come out very hot and you could burn yourself. One you take it out and shake it a bit, it's fine.
I like the fact that it has an option for different size bottles and also a little hanger type deal that you can use to heat up baby food.
We like it. It's nothing fancy but it get the job done, and fast.

I bought this 2 months ago when my son was born. This bottle warmer is a necessity in my opinion for a bottle fed baby. All you do is plug it in, add water with the measuring cup, stick the bottle in and press the button. The bottle is done within 2 to 3 minutes and is heated just right every time. I do like to shake the bottle to give it an even warmth before feeding the baby. The warmer can hold small skinny bottles or the wider bottles and angled bottles. It can also warm up baby food jars. You can stick the whole bottle in the warmer, even the bottle cover and it will be fine. At night, this is wonderful because you don't want to have to get a pan out and pour the formula and wait until it heats, then you have to test to see if it is the right temperature, pour it back into the bottle and close the bottle. This is too much trouble when you are half asleep and possibly holding a fussy baby who is hungry. With the warmer, all you do is grab a bottle out of the fridge and stick it in the warmer, and wait until the light goes off and you are done. I have two of these since I have twins and I wanted to warm two bottles simultaneously. It does take a little practice at first to figure out the correct amount of water needed to warm a bottle (it depends on how much is in the bottle, how cold the bottle was to begin with, and how warm your baby likes it). Once you find out what works for you, it is pretty simple to use one-handed and takes about 5 minutes. We refill the water container each time so its ready for the next feeding. I will say that the warmer can be inconsistent - I would put the same amount of water in each warmer and one will occasionally finish much sooner than the other. It pays to check the temperature yourself every time before giving it to baby, but that's something you should do anyway. We've found its better to make it too hot and run it briefly under running water from the sink to cool it off to the right temperature. The warmer will not work immediately after, but pretty soon after if you need it to heat just a little bit. If you need to warm a second bottle, you have to wait the full ten minutes.Customer Review: It's okay

We have been using this bottle warmer for about 9 months now. It has held up relatively well over time and does an okay job of warming bottles. It is not so great that I would recommend it but considering the price, it is a pretty decent product.
The measuring cup on the side is not a great design. It should have a better mechanism for attaching it to the warmer for transport. The cap on the measuring cup is pointless and might as well not exist.
We have found that it takes longer to warm the bottles if the heating element on the interior of the warmer hasn't been cleaned in a while. We just wipe it down with a sponge about once a month.
The Avent 4oz bottles fit this warmer perfectly with the top ring fitting around the cap and creating a sealed area for the steam to circulate. Now that our daughter has graduated to the 10 oz Avent bottles, there is no longer a snug fit and the steam escapes, meaning you need more water and it takes longer to warm. We've made it work.
Overall this is a pretty decent product.
