The item is very attractive BUT within two of use, the metal base started to rust. I called the company and they were trying to pass it off repeatedly as 'mineral deposits' as if I don't know rust. Anyway I am the point where after minutes of trying to convince them, they agreed for me to return it so we will see. I find this sort of customer service ridiculous!!!Customer Review: Great product! This is a great sterilizer, it's chamber is big enough to holder 4 to 5 bottles wide neck bottles and the tray can hold quite a few nipples and cap rings. I bought it when my son was born and after a year, I'm still using it. It works great, saves time, and has an auto shut-off function when the steaming cycle is complete.Customer Review: Worked for me

I had this sterilizer through 2 kids, and it worked great. I always used filtered water with it, so I don't know if that helped. I love it for it's large internal size. As a mom who pumped a lot, I used it frequently for all my odd shaped pumping parts as well as the bottles, and it worked great.Customer Review: rusted

Pretty cheap product. I used it a few times then the base started rusting. I tried scrubbing and everything. I cannot use it now as it is unsafe for the baby to use bottles steamed in rust water! I should have read the reviews, bad product. Save your money - you'll need it for something else!!Customer Review: Not so great

I have this and have used it for about 5 months. I have never had problems with it starting, but it drives me crazy with the dripping all over the counter and the amount of condensation. I am looking for a new sterilizer because of this. I do not recommend.
