We were having trouble with our little one throwing up (a LOT) and were using Dr. Brown's bottles. I loved these but they did not make a slow flow nipple and were expensive. Our little girl tends to gulp down her food so it was important to us to have something she really had to work at. She gets 1 bottle a day and these made all the difference in the world. It took her awhile to eat so the vomiting decreased greatly and she has no problem switching between bottle and breast. I would recommend this to anyone!Customer Review: No nipple confusion

We bought these bottles because the lactation consultant had us terrified that our daughter would stop breastfeeding once the bottle was introduced. They work well, though I was a little irritated at the little bit of milk that was wasted with each feeding. We prefer the Playtex Vent-aire bottles for reducing her air intake. In the end, our baby simply isn't picky. She'll feed well from just about anything. I would definitely give these a shot if your baby is picky or having trouble with other bottles.Customer Review: Great Product

I searched all over the place to find a good bottle to supplement formula to my daughter that wouldn't cause problems with her nursing. I really love this bottle. it takes a little getting used to, but she and I have both mastered it and she has no problems going back and forth between nursing and the bottle. She is 6 months and I just started using the stage 2 nipples. she gets a little too much too quickly, but she's learning. definitely recommend this bottle to nursing moms.Customer Review: first years breastflow bottles are awesome!

i have tried avent, dr. brown's, you name it, i have bought them. it was only until i tried first year's breastflow bottle that my baby finally was happy to continue w/my breastfeeding and switch over to the bottle at the same time. its designed to help w/moms who breastfeed and bottle feed at the same time. my baby will not take to any other bottle besides this bottle and she loves it and so do i. i highly recommend this bottle.Customer Review: The Best Breastfeeding Bottle!

I used these with my son in 2007(Oh this account is in my husband's name BTW) and he breastfed just fine, I used Philips AVENT with my daughter in 1998, b/c these weren't invented yet, and she refused to brestfeed after having one bottle. I came back to order some more for my next baby due in October!
Everyone in my family laughed at these bottles b/c of the two nipple design, but who cares-they work!
