Customer Review: Didn't work with Avent or Dr. Brown's

This rack worked great when our daughter used the Playtex Ventaire bottles but it totally stunk when she was using teh Avent and Dr. Brown's wide neck bottels. They were jsut too wide to fit in the rack. Add the collars and nipples were all too big to fit in the compartment. We really had problems when we had all teh pieces of the Dr. Brown's to deal with too. We tried a couple other drying racks too...Prince Lionheart and Munchkins...but we never found one that really worked for us. I registered for this rack/organizer and I am very glad I received it as a gift. Up until now, I only use VentAire bottles (both 8-Oz and 6-Oz) and this rack holds up 8 of them at a time with no problem. I just stack up the nipple attachments on the side compartment. The angled base is a great feature, however it is not useful if your sink has a lifted edge, like mine. But that's not too much of a problem, I just drain it myself. It comes with a bottle brush, but the brush is too small to clean the VentAire bottles properly, so I just use another bottle brush.Customer Review: Fits Avent Bottles

This is very small but holds a good amount of stuff! I've put Avent Bottles (both 4 & 9 oz) in this. I like the fact that you can fold down the "prong holders" if you need more space. I also like the fact that there are a few compartments. I put the pacifiers and nipples in the one compartment. The brush is good, I have never had a problem with it. I have tried out several bottle types from Playtex to Dr. Browns. It fits all sizes. When I am not drying the bottles, I use this to dry the Avent hand held pump. My husband bought this rack when he was out one day. I hadn't really thought much about a bottle rack but I think about it every day now. We are using the DR Brown's bottles and this rack is way to small for them. They have 2 extra pieces and I have had to just put the extra things on a dish towel. I keep it near the since so that the water can drain right back in instead of on the counter. The prongs will tip over sometimes and spill the bottles back into the dish water. Should have saved the money and just used the dish towels in the first place.Customer Review: Geat little rack

I looked at several styles before deciding on this one. I am very pleased with it - the size is just right, big enough to use on the counter and small enough to store away out of sight. Some styles only work for bottles, but this one holds sippy cups and lids, too, so it grows with your child. I use the Avent bottles - the small ones fit just fine, and I have had no problems with the larger Avent bottles either, but as previous reviewers noted the pegs are a little short and might be difficult for certain other brands. Still a great buy.
