Customer Review: Wrestling to Keep Baby Upright

The sling option was nice for my newborn baby, but, as he got bigger I had to remove the sling because there was a big hump of plastic jabbing him in the back. Troubles started when he was an infant, his little body squirmed all over and I had to wrestle to keep his head up and not falling into the water and body from sliding.
I would skip this tub and use bathe a newborn in the sink and then invest in a Primo tub. That is what I ended up buying and it is WONDERFUL.

Baby fits in tub fine and the sling helps keep him propped up, but once he's able to sit up, we'll stop using the sling. The drain plug turns white if the water is too hot, which is useful. The tub has a small shelf/recess for shampoo, towels, etc. that is also useful. The sling is detachable to hang up for drying.
The tub fits in our double bowl stainless sink and the faucet (high and curved) fits over it without a problem.
Works great, not expensive.

This tub is pretty solid even though it's also very light. It's well designed to be comfortable for the baby. The first 10 or so times my daughter got a bath she cried, but now she loves loves it! My wife usually puts her in and then pours water over her instead of dunking her in the water. That method works good because then you can rinse the baby off and there won't be too much water in the tub when you do that. 5 stars, I cant imagine giving my baby a bath without it!Customer Review: A must-have for every parent of small child!

We love the bathtub and so does our son! He was born a month early and was a small 5 lbs when he came home. He loves to lay in the tub and we love the way it keeps his head out of the water with his body in the water. Makes bath time a lot easier and safer with a wet and wiggly baby!
My sister-in-law saw pictures of our son in his tub and is buying one of her own for her third child.
Totally would recommend this to anyone!

This is a fantastic baby bathtub. Fits perfectly in our kitchen sink, and can be plopped into the grownup tub, too. It gets baby through all stages, from infant to toddler. The sling/hammock that comes with it is particularly good for newborns/infants. The sling can be tossed in the washing machine. The tub has a nice holder on the end for bottles of soap and shampoo. Great tub. Can't imagine anything better.
