Baby Products Reviews of The First Year's Infant To Toddler Tub with Sling, Blue

Customer Review: Absolutely a must have
Summary: 5 Stars

I know this may be redundant but you can not get any better than this tub hands down. From first day out of the hospital in the hammock sling- it held him and he was completly protected I barely had to hold him. All the thoughts of a squirmy baby - no fears with this tub- it cradled him in and we used it until his cord fell off. The picture really should show the hammock- I bought this because all the reviews talked about it. As a fist time mom I am glad I took other mom's advice- it was such a miracle. With all the nerves here, this was one thing not to worry about. From then on we are still using at 3 months the infant side and our little one loves it- he sits up with a slight recline without having to support himself-the only tough part when he has to lean forward to get his back. For the price this is a incredible deal-other items claim the world and stink. This is a moderate price item and it works like a charm. Wish I had this luck with our stroller/car seat.

Customer Review: A MUST 5 Stars

I love this product. I originally received the 4 In One Bath Station that you can pull upward into a seated position for older babies. This item is really only useful for newborns through 2-3 months. My little one (8lbs-3ozs at birth) had out grown this tub by the time she was 21/2 months. She would dangle her little leg over the edge, or get her toes wedged into the blue arm rest. The suctions cups didn't always work. It holds very little water. It was a truggle to use.

I brought the Sure Comfort Tub a few days ago, and it has change bath time for my little one. Bath time is more enjoyable for her and far easier on me now. I love the snuggly net, and although she's too big for the net I still use the padded head rest. I love the safty feature that warns you if the water is too hot. I love the fact that I can still use this tub as my daughter grows into her toddler years. If I had it to do all over again this tub would have been my first and only choice.

Customer Review: Love this tub
Summary: 5 Stars

My husband and I love this tub. Our son is 6 months old and we've used it since he was born. We attached the sling (it's a net that resembles a hammock) to the tub when he was a newborn and he fit right into it. He hung, just like a hammock, across the length of the tub. The sling is a great feature for newborns because they can lie down on it.

When my son outgrew the sling, we sat him on the newborn side of the tub (the big green pad that baby leans against). If you don't remember that the big green pad is the newborn side, "Newborn" is etched on the top of the blue frame of the big green pad. Now that my son can sit up on his own, we switched him to the opposite side of the tub where his butt sits on the small green pad. "Infant Toddler" is etched on top of the back that baby leans against.

We're very happy with this tub. My friend registered for the same tub for her baby shower and I told her we have the same tub and love it.

Customer Review: This tub has been thrown in the trash
Summary: 1 Stars

For my first child, I used a Safety 1st tub (which has its issues, too, but was for the most part pretty good). We had to purchase a new one for our second child and this was the only brand available at the store where we did our baby shopping.

I found the sling to be difficult to adjust, and it didn't seem to allow our baby to be in the water while being bathed - he was sort of suspended above it. Once he became too big for the sling, I moved him to the tub itself and found the shape of it to be completely useless. I don't understand how the manufacturer could expect so many different sizes of babies to fit in that shape - he pushed up on the end of the tub with his feet, and it was difficult to keep a good grip on him while bathing him because the tub did nothing to help hold him up. After a few attempts at using the tub, I threw it out and went straight to the store to get the Safety 1st tub. Now I remember why I like it so much.

Customer Review: best tub i ever used
Summary: 5 Stars

i received three different bath tub as gifts for my baby shower. i disliked all three but had to pick one for my baby's use. i always wanted to register for this tub because of its hammock feature, which i believe would cradle my newborn the best. at that time, my only concern was for my newborn's comfort. i was so thankful to get this tub a month later when i gave birth to my son. my hubby wanted to return this and exchange for much more needed baby supplies since we already have a tub in hand already. but i was happy to have kept this one because my son, now 5 months old still enjoy bathing in this tub using the hammock. i never had problems bathing him in this tub except when i take out the hammock feature. i guess he was just not ready to immerse himself in water yet. the caddy works well with me too because it holds everything i need to bathe him. i believe, i had NO REGRETS using this tub. just the perfect one for every babies.
