I love these covers. They fit perfectly over the Simmons changing pad and feel good against the skin. They also wash like a dream - my first two covers (bought 2 1/2 years ago for baby #1) must have been washed 50 times or more by now and they still look like new (except for a few snags when I got caught with my watch): the color is still deep and rich, the terry is still plush and the cover overall still has plenty of stretch and its original shape and size. And all spit-up and other liquids (or solids) that ever got on them washed out completely.As to the problems some people pointed out: The cover looks like it shrank when you first put it on (it sort of forms a hammock) - when you put the baby on the pad/cover, the cover will stretch to its full potential and take on the shape of the pad. As to the 'problem' using the straps on the pad: the straps are attached at the bottom seam of the pad, so using them with this cover is no problem at all, at best (worst?) you lift the cover a wee bit at the sides and everything will fit in smoothly.
I loved these covers so much I went and bought 3 more for baby #2, so we now have 5 (!) of them and always a fresh one in case of a changing mishap.
I can strongly recommend these - I even recently bought two of them for my sister-in-law.
