I had a avery very fussy baby. I couldn't make her stop crying no matter what I did or what I tried. Finally, someone suggested swaddling. IT WORKED. But using a regular receiving blanket made a swaddle that only lasted a few minutes. With this item, she stayed swaddled overnight and STARTED SLEEPING THROUGH THE NIGHT AND STOPPED CRYING. My son was born at 6lb 10oz. This wrap was too small across the shoulders. He is a summer baby, and it is too hot. At the hospital, we discovered that most babies prefer swaddling with arms out, but this doesn't allow arms out. Glad I only have one - only used twice.
Get BIG receiving blankets in cotton for better swaddling. 30x30" is not big enough.

anyone having a baby or anyone going to a shower,, this is the perfect gift, I got one for my new grandson,, we had never seen anything like it before. its so easy to use and so soft and cuddely. its alot easier then using those old fashioned security blankets.. everyone that sees it asked where we got it from.. The Kiddopotimus Swaddler is a lifesaver! My colicky baby is colicky no more and I am now getting much needed sleep. He loves it and sleeps much better because of it. If your baby is colicky, buy a supply of these and a few Avent binkies (the only brand my little man will take) and enjoy the peace and quiet!Customer Review: Great tool for a tired and cranky baby!

I have seen a lot of moms buying other brands that are at least twice as expensive as this blanket.
Well my budget liked this one so I tried it. I LOVE it and so does my son! It is easy and works great to get him to sleep and to sleep longer.
