I bought this item after reading many poor reviews just hoping it would work out for us. Paid only ten dollars (clearance price should have been another hint) at Isis Maternity.
Well the thing did not make it to the departing airport without ripping at the seams. Funny thing is that it looks sturdy but the quality of manufacturing is appalling. We had to use tape circling the bag to hold it together. I contacted Sunshine for a refund and willing to send it to them for inspection. Let's see what happens.
Their car seat is great but they should stop selling crap to customers.

Customer service came through and sent me another bag which appears to be better. I have not used it so can't tell you. The fact that they tried to fix the problem gives the company solid points!
