Customer Review: Latch system hard

Problems that I have are with the Latch system. It has the older latches with the hooks instead of the seat belt style. It was incredibly hard to get the seat installed. I can't get it out for the same reason. There is no possible way to remove the seat (in my VW Jetta) without cutting it out of the car or prying off and breaking the latches. My daughter complains of neck cramps now too, when she falls asleep. We never had that complaint with the Britax. Would I recommend it to someone else? Probably not.
