I was really impressed with this product. Having read some of the other "iffy" reviews, I wasn't expecting much. In reality, the mirror is large enough to see not only the baby's face, but also the surroundings. It mounted very nicely to the side of our Pathfinder headrest, and the tilt mechanism allows for easy angle view. (Note: You do need a headrest that can lift up so that you can attach the mirror with straps. If yours is a one-piece construction with the seat back, you won't be able to attach the mirror. I am out of luck with our other car... Otherwise, I would have absolutely bought the second mirror.)Customer Review: Absolutely the best mirror you can buy!

We tried 5 different mirrors before buying this one. The other mirrors would fall down, would move around, were blurry, or would not attach properly for viewing a car seat in the middle position of the backseat. This mirror avoids all the problems above! It has a strap attached to a flat plate with non-slip backing to hold it securely on the headrest. The mirror pivots to the exact position (even to view the middle backseat) you want and stays there. The large size of the mirror (about the size of a salad plate) provides a very clear image of our baby. Skip all the other mirrors and buy this one first!!!Customer Review: Doesn't work well with middle of backseat that has no head rest

Just as the title states, that my main problem with this mirror. It's large enough, sturdy enough. Has decent attachments for head rests, but for those of us that have the carseat in the middle of the backseat without a headrest to attach it to, this has to be rigged some how. The way we rigged it makes it shift from side to side with every turn the car takes and so I often have to lean to look in the mirror to see the baby. Wish there were a better mirror out there for this challenge...Customer Review: Mirror came apart!!!!

This mirror was easy to install and I loved that I could rotate it to exactly the best viewing point to see my son. Unfortunately on the second day I hit a pothole and the mirror separated from the base and fell into my son. I am lucky it did not hit his head or face and cause damage!!! I am returning this product, because after several attempts of trying to make the mirror stay on the base I have come to the conclusion there is no way to do so. It was quite a disappointment!Customer Review: waste of money.

this is just a waste of money. it's nice and worked for a few minutes but it doesn't stay in place like many of the reviewers mentioned. i should've listened to the negative reviews and saved my money. no matter what you do it will not stay in the position you want it to. and although it's a big mirror, it's only big enough for only one person to see the baby if for any reason there is a driver and someone on the passenger seat.
