Customer Review: Lovely and soft- washes beautifully

I love this pad cover. I use it on the basic comfort contoured changing pad and it fits beautifully. I actually have this pad cover in two colors (sage and lilac) so that I can have one on the pad when the other is in the wash. One word of advice, although the color says sage, the green is not sage at all. It is quite a bright vibrant green. I was really surprised about the color when it arrived in the mail but I love it- it is a lovely shade of green. This covers washes really nicely. I always wash it on cold and dry it on low and we've had no problems at all. My baby is now 4 months and although she's had some very messy accidents on this cover, it has not stained. I just bought this changing pad cover for my baby who is expected this summer, and one of the things I was a little concerned about was if it would fit my existing changing pad that my son used. We have the Simmons Contoured Changing Pad, which seems to be a popular pad for people to use, and I was happy to find that it fits very nicely. The fabric does seem a little thin, but I will not know how well it will hold up, however, until the baby comes. Pottery Barn Kids also sells really soft chamois covers in a variety of colors for $19 a piece, and I have one of those for my new baby, too. The Pottery Barn one is a bit thicker. Once I test them both out I'll be sure to update this post and let you know what I think!Customer Review: Snappis don't get caught!

I was using those terrycloth style covers that they have at babies r us. Those were fine, but we use snappi clips with our cloth diapers and they were always snagging on the terry. This cover never gets snagged by the snappis. I haven't washed it yet, but have been able to wipe off small poop stains with baby wipes. This is promising. Oh, and the terry cover would soak up pee sprays, while this one seems more waterproof, and I am able to blot it up with a washcloth. Is this TMI? Blotting and wiping? I purchased this item in pink 2 years ago when my daughter was born. I liked it OK, but the terry pile was less than soft, so I always covered it with a soft blanket. We are now expecting another baby, a boy, so I bought another in sage. I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED to receive it in a super soft velour. There will be no need to cover this as it will be super comfy as is. Love the color, texture and fit! Worth every penny!!Customer Review: Great product. Good quality. Nice color.

I bought this cover together with the Basic Comfort Especially for Baby Contoured Changing Pad. The pad fits nicely, the texture is soft and cozy, and so far it has been easy to clean. I liked the color as well. I still have to figure out how to attach the safety belt to the changing table to make it more secure, but all in all, I recommend it.
