I like the structural strength of this item. It does require watching since it can be over-balanced if my granddaughter is leaning on it from the inside. There doesn't seem to be a problem with pinch points, which is very important.Customer Review: Wonderful

We love this. We have a busy house with a baby mixed in. This gives the baby a big area to explore and move while still allowing the older children room to use there craft items and small toys. During family time it stretches out to block the baby in just the one room with us keeping him safe from stairs, the kitchen and other harmful things so he is safe and content. I love the cream color as it doesn't show every finger print like the pure white and is just more pleasant to the eye when company comes over. Also great for keeping the dog in one room at the same time as the baby in the other.Customer Review: Waste

I bought this for my twins but they HATE being in it. Its also big and takes up a lot of room to unfold. And its too tall in my opinion. It has a door, but if you just wanted to pick your baby up, you have to go in through the door because its too hard to reach them over the side. I can see it coming in handy outdoors maybe, but its the middle of winter up here and we aren't outside that much right now. If you have a small apartment or a normal sized home, this is just too huge. If I had a 3000 sq. foot home with an open floorplan, maybe, but for my little ranch it takes up half the living room! I'm glad I didn't pay much because in a year we've only used it a handful of times.Customer Review: It works, but...

Our 10 month old daughter is very active and very tall (30"). We thought this play yard would help contain her mischievous ways while mom and dad caught their breath.
Here are a few things we LIKE about it:
1. It's tall and the spacing of the holes is tiny. Too tiny for little toes and fingers to figure out how to climb.
2. It's relatively easy to put together. Yes, a little elbow grease is involved, but nothing that mom can't handle herself. No advanced degrees or sweaty handymen required. (Well, unless that's your thing.)
3. The pieces can be taken apart and used to block off other areas. I've used them as guards to keep her from going behind the entertainment center, couch, floor-length windows, etc.
NOW A WORD OF WARNING:
4. This product can be flimsy. If your child is into "extreme sports" or you feel has a career in stunt-doubling, this is not the product for you.
5. When completely joined, the play area is too small to be enjoyable. The extension is almost a necessity. It's quite obvious to our daughter when she is being "trapped" inside the play yard to play.
6. It says "gate with handle" and, yes, it has one. But it is extremely difficult to latch and unlatch. I would call it more "one of the panels has a plastic piece that you can attempt to unsnap, if you dare."

We bought this for our daughter, works very well, feels well made compared to other brands, folds smoothly and easily, unlike other brands, taller than others (which is good for us), and lighter as well. Would highly recommend to anyone.
