Customer Review: Never Dried!

I was really surprised to read so many positive reviews for this product. I have been using it for about four months and it never seemed to get totally dry. Perhaps I was doing something wrong. But at this point we need to replace it because the bottom is full of mildew. I would bathe my son then hang this in the tub to dry, but as I said, it never fully dried. I would not recommend this product at all. It seems like a waste of money because I was not able to use it as long as I had hoped.
