I bought this bag after reading a review in a magazine. It was praised for having tons of pockets and great storage options. However, the bag is so narrow that you have to pull everything out to get to what's on the bottom or what's deep in a pocket. The flap doesn't stay closed if you have it packed very full.
I have found myself using the free bag given to us by the hospital because it is so much easier to dig around in. I do like the stroller straps and the bag has held up well to nearly 8 months of use.

I bought this bag from a store thinking it would be nice for mom or dad to carry and it wasn't very flashy. However all the pockets are basically useless on the outside of the bag and on the inside you can either fill the pockets or the middle of the bag. Once you have it full you can't close the flap and its very bulky. My inside pocket has already ripped from the elasitc. I thought the elastic was supposed to expand but it doesn't. For the longest I felt that a bag was a bag, & that I wasn't going to spend the extra money on a diaper bag. Boy, was I wrong. This bag is the bomb! The straps are wide and adjustable making for a very comfortable fit. I absolutely love the outer pockets - they're so many but they are so flat, un-obtrusive and flat. The inside of course is waterproof. And to top it off its very fashionable and keeps both my hands free! LOVE IT!!!!Customer Review: great diaper bag

I purchased this bag after reading about it on line and have used it for 4 months. The bag is roomy yet compact. It has plenty of pockets and compartments to help keep you organized. The anti-microbial pocket in the back comes in quite handy as does the changing pad. I commute to work with my son every day and the bag still looks new. Best of all it looks like a regular messenger not a "frilly" diaper bag.Customer Review: so-so

Aesthetically I am happy with the bag.
The pockets on the front flap are almost too small to fit your hand into to retrieve items- my small wallet barely fits. The material of the bag is a bit tough so things don't fit into it quite as easily as they would in fabric bags. I can fit almost as much stuff into less cumbersome bags.
Don't hate the bag, but don't love it either.
