It is difficult to buy a changing pad cover without seeing it or touching it, but have no fear when purchasing the Simmons changing pad cover. It is super-soft and thicker than most. It washes well, too. My only suggestion is wash the cover with your towels so lint doesn't get all over your other items in the load. Of note, this cover does NOT have holes for straps, which is fine with me, but for others this might be an issue.
