Customer Review: HER ABSOLUTE FAVORITE

Of all the expensive toys (and so many that they out grow so fast), my one year old adores this little book. She enjoyed mouthing on it for months, and now carefully inspects each picture, page by page. All babies/toddlers love looking at pics of other babies, but it is especially fun to see pics of herself. She loves to look at her cousins, grandparents, etc. It really seems to help her remember those loved ones we can't see all the time, b/c we look at the pictures and say, "Oh, there is Paw-Paw and you. Give Paw-Paw and kissy." It goes everywhere we do in the diaper bag. You can find this lots of places....so do look!Customer Review: My 17 month old LOVES it!

I originally bought this for my 4 month old son, but my 17 month old daughter has taken it over. We filled it with pictures of mom and dad, 2 sets of grandparents, and all the cousins with their families (there are only 6 slots for pics, but we took pictures of entire families - so we have 20 people in all). She loves pointing to the pictures and identifying various people. The pages are made out of thin plastic material and filled with foam, so are pretty soft, but still durable. The slots are sized for 3x5 inch pictures. My 4 month old hasn't gotten much out of it yet, but I'm sure he'll love it just as much in months to come.Customer Review: Terrific product!

I wanted to get a baby's first photo album, but the prices were ridiculous. When I happened upon this one, I was especially delighted that it was by Sassy. My little girl is 10 months old, and this is not only the easiest book for her to look through, but also the most fun for her. We have three sets of Grandparents, and other close family, and she gets to visit with her beloved family when ever she wants by looking at their smiling faces. I'm quite certain she'll love this book for years. The book is very well made, handle and all...I highly recommend it, and it WOULD make an excellent gift.Customer Review: Use Common Sense - this is not an almost $20-quality album!

I would give the book overall a 5-star rating - but the two that I have were bought for MUCH cheaper. This is now way too expensive to recommend! There is nothing special about the book - it's cute but rather than spend $19 just buy a plain one, I promise your baby will not know the difference. The handle is nice but again not worth it! I looked to find the same photo book offered for less on Amazon but did not see a way to buy it for less. There are several cheaper options available from other sites.
Boo to Amazon for changing suppliers on this product and not using common sense!

Based on articles on the dangers of PVC plastic books, this book was tested and found to contain chemicals that are highly toxic for babies and toddlers. This materials have already been banned from children's toys in Europe.
In order to read the many articles online that specifically name this book as having been found to contain chemicals that are dangerously toxic for children, google "toxic bath books" or the title of the book with the word "toxic."
This book's concept is wonderful, but those who love children should share photos in another kind of album or book.
