Customer Review: Nice toy box

I bought this as part of my son's 1st birthday present, it is a nice box and I love the play mat and extra tote that come with the toy box. In my opinion the pockets on the side have very little use,you may fit a couple small books or like I have a few small cars in it, but they are too tight to really hold anything-to make them very functional. As for the toy box, no your child will not get hurt on it, but if your child is like mine and is constantly climbing in it the cardboard that supports the toy-box's structure is not going to hold it's shape. Having several large objects in it may also compromise the integrity of the toy box shape. I don't see this toy box being something that will last for years to come. I loved it when I first received the box-I have had it for over a month now and the front is bowing out. I do not regret my purchase but I will be buying a plastic or wooden one in the future that will hold up to child play. I do recommend this as a first toy box for kids up to four years old.
