I brought this for my twins when they were 4 months old. They are now 9 months and it is a great distraction in the pediatrician's office and to help my son relieve some pent up engergy when we are on a long drive.

I love this rattle.
The very creepy design of the crab is great for frightening my baby when she acts up, also the words on the toy make for added confusion on account of the fact that my baby can't read.

My 6 month old loves her crab rattle. Every time I shake it in front of her she gets excited and starts kicking and grabbing at it.
I gave it four stars because mine had a mark on it when I received it.
