Customer Review: Somewhat dissapointed...

Although this toy is a great idea, it is much smaller than I thought it would be when I read the review. It is small and flat: great to stick in a purse or diaper bag for "emergency entertainment," however I'm not impressed with what the toy offers. My daughter loves toys that have the crinkle sound, but the color tabs with the crinkle inside on this toy are so small that it is hardly effective. The claw rattles are nice and visible, but the toy itself doesn't seem to be realistic for tiny hands to grab.Customer Review: Less is not necessarily more

This was fun for my little girl for just a little bit. Now she loses interest with it quickly. The open mouth isn't very inviting as a hand hold, and aside from the mouth there really isn't much to hold to. The little crinkling sounding feet are too small to be effective in their intended use and the rattle claws aren't noisy enough to be fun or very distracting. I gave the 3 star rating because at the price it's really not a bad toy. As I said before, my daughter does enjoy it for a moment or two.Customer Review: Cute toy

There hasn't been a new baby in our family for many years so I bought a lot of "stuff" for him when I heard he was coming along! This is one of the toys I chose for him. I don't think he has used it much yet but I'm sure it will keep his interest when he gets past the "only eating and sleeping" stage!

Bought this for a baby shower gift, and it was a hit. Very colorful! The claws have little beads inside for the 'rattle', the mouth makes a good handle, and along the bottom are little satin-ish tabs in different colors, with the name of the color written on them. I would never have purchased a baby teether for my baby grand daughter had I known it was made in China. Toys made in China have lead in them and who knows what else. If Chinese toy manufacturers don't know that lead is harmful, what else don't they know? Sassy LeapFrog Baby Curious Crab Rattle
