Customer Review: The Perfect Bath Toy For Little Ones

Finding the right bath toy is hard! Give your child a cup, they'll dump water out of the tub and onto your floor. Rubber ducks; they store water and get moldy and disgusting. Fishing rods, some little ones just don't get it until they're almost too old to really enjoy it.
That's why I chose this bath toy as the new addition to my tub time arsenal.
The net is easy for even the youngest bath time buddy to use. My daughter just turned two and instantly understood how to catch her other toys as they floated along. The net has tiny holes where the fabric is fastened to the plastic, as well as having a medium sized hole at the end of the plastic handle. This means water gets in but easily flows out and isn't trapped. You just need to give it a shake after use. (Personally, my hubby and I plan on taking a power tool and widening the hole to make extra sure the toy stays mold free).
The five fish shaped friends are adorable, brightly colored, and safe for kids to chew on. They float in the water and have no hidden orifices for water to hide in. They are just the right size, larger than my daughter's hand (no choking risk) and always easy to find, no risk of them going down the drain by mistake or getting lost, but still small enough to fit in wherever you currently store away your bath toys.
As I said, we will be widening the hole in the handle, but I feel Sassy has really thought a lot about parents and their kids when developing this toy and I am extremely happy with my purchase.
