So after reading some reviews about this product not being BPA free, I took a chance with the lighting deal offer and hoped for the best. My wife called Sassy and left a message to be contacted back regarding these toys. Here is what my wife wrote for the review.
"On the toy itself, you will see a very small circle with a code on it - very hard to read. If the code is T5, your toy was made after 2010 and is BPA free. If the code is something different, then it is LIKELY that your toy was made prior to 2010 and MAY not be BPA free. I called Sassy and they got back to me within a couple days. If you're not sure about your product, I recommend contacting Sassy directly."
The toys appear to be a big hit with my five month old daughter!

This is a nice assortment of toys for baby, but some are better than others. My son absolutely LOVES the circle rattle -- it is one of his favorites. We take it with us everywhere. He likes the fish too. It has both rubbery and fabric textures, is easy for him to hold, and has a rattle. He loves to chew on it. He doesn't like the butterfly as much -- the open wing is a little too small and angled for him to grab easily. The phone is okay, but he doesn't find it as interesting and it is too hard for him to enjoy as a teether. The clown face mirror thing is nice for interactive play with the mirror side, but he doesn't usually pick it up to play with on his own, and the squeaker is hard to manipulate.

We got these for our 3 months-old daughter. She's not teething yet but loves putting everything in her mouth. I decided to give these rattle-tethers a try and we just love them. There's a fish that's made of soft fabric exterior that allowed our baby to safely suck on it without getting discouraged by the not so soft plastic rattles. But now at 4 months she's enjoying other toys as well. They are very bright and make all sorts of fun noises and she loves it. There are 5 toys and we rotate between them so she doesn't get bored. Get these by all means and you'll have your baby entertained while having her motivated to explore new senses - visual and touch.Customer Review: Great Starter Set!

We bought this set when our son was just starting to reach for toys, hold them in his hands, etc., and we couldn't have picked a better set. All of the toys have something easy to hold on to, especially for tiny hands.
By far, the best in the bunch is that fish though! This has been his go-to toy for months now. I keep it stashed in the diaper bag whenever we go out, and he never seems to grow tired of it. He's ten months old now, and we're still getting use out of all five toys.
As another reviewer said, everything can be washed in the dishwasher. I've also thrown the fish in with a load of laundry before.

I like this set of toys. It's a nice variety and great for teethers. One of the toys can be frozen as it has a liquid-centered chewy section. My daughter likes to gnaw on it when her tooth is bothering her.
These toys are also great for babies that are just learning to grasp. As most things go for babies, once they grab something, it goes straight into their mouth and you don't need to worry about the plastic that these are made from. These toys are all nicely sized for little ones to hold on to. They offer a visual and shape variety to keep baby busy.
I think it's a great set for the price.
