I installed the totlocks on the bottom cupboards in my daycare area. They are not visible from the room and do a great job of making the cupboards not
accessible to the little ones. I keep the magnet on a top shelf that is easy for me to see and reach. Having used a combination of drawer/shelf protectors in the past, I love that these are unseen and do not make any
marks on the front of the wood.

This is an effective method to keep kids out of dangerous kitchen cabinets. The magnetic key can be stored high on the fridge or anywhere out of a child's reach. A little install time is worth effort. Door latches can be left on cabinets after kids are older, pins are provided to disable the locking mechanism. I have seen my two year old niece figure out the push down latches, these locks are child proof.Customer Review: These work well but the instructions are terrible

My Only complaint. The instructions are WAY TO SMALL & hard to understand. The pictures on them are terrible. Also the 4 pack does not include the darn key. I think they should make that stand out a little more on the add.
I like the concept a lot better then the old once that open a crack. Once they are installed they work very well. Baby can't even open the cabinets a crack.

These locks are the best! They are unobtrusive and therefore very attractive, if you care about the aesthetics of your home. I love that they work so well, without leaving spaces between the cabinet doors for Baby to trap her fingers, and that they are not visible from the outside of the cabinets. Just don't lose the magnetic key! They are a little pricey to have to replace.Customer Review: THE BEST LOCKS

We have used these locks for 6 years and the kids still can't get into the cabinets! They are easy to install. They are easy to deactivate. We bought extra magnets (keys) and stick them near the cabinets that have the locks on them: on the fridge, on the window harware over the sink, on the screws that hold the cover plates onto the bathroom vanity outlet and/or light switch.
