Baby Products Reviews of Safety 1st Sound 'n Lights Activity Walker

Customer Review: Good purchase
Summary: 4 Stars

I read the reviews before buying this walker. Some of the reviews give no justice to this nice walker. Music is good and my daughter (10 months old) loves to play it. Colors are bright and nice for her. She likes to use the walker. It is easy to storage and as it folds flat, I can take it in my car when we go to visit the family. This is what I expected from Safety 1st. I think this is a good purchase.

Customer Review: Easy to Assemble, Sturdy, and So Much Fun for Baby
Summary: 5 Stars

I loved how easy it was to assemble this chair. Our girl (7 months old) immediately fell in love with it. Whenever the music plays, she dances, rocking back and forth. After only one month of spending time in this chair, she is starting to walk (at 8 months). I think this type of chair helps give babies a head start on walking. This is one of the better purchases I've made as a new mom.

Customer Review: Battery issue
Summary: 3 Stars

I got this model from a friend for a cheap price. My grandson has a ball in it! We have yet to be able to get to the screws but after reading the reviews, I don't think the battery issue is a big deal after all. He has figured out how to go forward, although it takes more of an effort. For the price and the fact that in a couple months he won't need it anymore, it is a good walker.

Customer Review: Battery Problems!
Summary: 2 Stars

A friend gave this to me for my 6 month old daughter - the walker itself is wonderful, but the light and sound feature is just the worst - as others have said, it dies after about 2 months, and the battery is non-replacable. My daughter loved the sounds and now they just die and warble and I can't stand it! If you buy it, don't get it for the music/lights - they will let you down.

Customer Review: How to change the batteries
Summary: 3 Stars

The batteries ran out after about two months, but after a little investigation I found that the batteries can be changed. First, remove the three screws on the bottom side of the wheel. Second, remove the two screws from the electronic panel. On the bottom side of the panel there are four "watch-type batteries". I used Energizer 357/303. A little steep at $2.75 a piece.
