The image is great and having the possibility to zoom it it's even better, especially when you are a new mom. The sound quality is very good; you just listen when the baby makes sounds, no static no outside noise. It really makes you feel free to be in every room of your house without having to plug and unplug the receiver, the static free lets you sleep the few hours with quality, and the night vision is like the chery on top, you can see if the baby is ok without having to get out of bed!!!Customer Review: Very pleased with this monitor.

I just recieved this and already love it. We had tried the Summmer Infant handheld and were very disappointed by the sound quality.
I love that I can turn the sound off until my daughter makes a noise and the monitor then automatically turns back on.
The video quality is good but definitely not hi def. Video still very adequate and love the zoom and pan feature.
Has good range and no feedback/interference.
Would give it 5 stars but video is not hi def.
Customer Review: Shut down our wireless network

We had high hopes for this monitor but unfortunately it completely shut down our wireless network. It would probably be a nice unit for someone that doesn't have a wireless network though - the one exception is that the base that goes in the baby's room flashes a green light constantly. We tested it out in our 4 year old daughter's room for the night and she kept complaining about the light and made us come up and wrap the base with some clothes to hide the flashing.Customer Review: Best one out there!!!

Ive been threw 3 video monitors and this one is by far the best one. The video has great quality, the sound works really good (no interference so far)the only bad thing is the screen is small, but worth having because it works so great. I love it! Great monitor and would recommend it to anyone. Don't waste your time on other monitors, try this one first:) oh and I am on my computer with the monitor on and I am not having any problems with wifi.Customer Review: 5 months now and I love it!

I love being able to check on my little guy anytime. Although the receiver picture is small, you can clearly see your baby. It does not pick up interference. I usually leave it plugged in, so battery life is not an issue for me. I like being able to turn the volume on auto...no static noise to listen to. It only comes on when there is something to hear. This was a big splurge for us, but I am very happy with this product.
