This was a baby shower gift. We use it a lot. The thermometer is digital and works well and even comes with little plastic covers for the rectal temperature-taking. The nasal aspirator comes apart for super easy cleaning. The nail clippers work very well. This is a great gift and a good product for the price! (Those of you expecting world's greatest supplies at this price are being unreasonable...)
