Customer Review: Absolutely worth every penny, especially for city-dwellers

I have used this since my son was 3- months old. We started with the combi seat (so that the child faces you when you are pushing the stroller--and you can easily take it out) and then once he was 10- month old, we moved to the canvas version (shown in the picture). We love the light weight, the easiness of folding the stroller, the "turning on a dime", and the style. In addition, this works great for people who take public transpotation as it is relatively narrow, yet sturdy. I live in Washington, DC and get asked about once a week where I got my stroller... The only negative thing is that it does not have a "basket" to carry a parent's junk.
We have hardly used the other, bulkier stroller- which we refer to as the SUV with 2 drink-holders.

I am very unhappy with this stroller. It does fold nice, and turns very well, and has the best harness I have seen, but the wheels rattle worse than a rusty shopping cart. It is so loud that people look at me when I walk down the street. I can hear it even over the street noise of new york. I have the bugaboo frog, and i was hoping to use this as my subway/bus stroller. If the wheels didnt rattle i think i would like it a lot. I did try putting grease on them as the Quinny site suggests, but the rattle is inside the wheel, i think a ball bearing issue.Customer Review: Excellent Travel Stroller!

If you are traveling with an active toddler this is the stroller for you! It folds soo compact, that Continental airlines allowed us to store it inside the plane in an overhead compartment! It's also great for restaurants as you can push it under the table and fits well into small rental cars. It's extremely light to carry and can easily be pushed with one hand. The only negatives: it can tip backwards (even with the US version's 4th wheel in front) with too much weight on the handles and the seat does not recline. Buy this stroller only if you think your child will never ever move.
It just tipped over and my daughter wasn't even moving that much. She hit her head on the pavement, we were in a public place and few people around us witnessed the accident. It was scary...this stroller is dangerous and should NOT be on the market. If you look at the back wheels you will notice they should extend much further in order to offer proper balance. Quinny has made the smallest stroller around when it comes to folding, but it has sacrificed safety.

Bought this as our travel stroller and REALLY like it on the first trip. Folds very compact, a breeze to put together. Super swift ride/turns in airports, nice solid construction... We also have a Frog but think the Zapp will become our favorite simple, everyday, handy stroller. Only suspected downside is the wheels being smaller than the bugaboo: a bit of a rougher ride if un-perfect terrain. Other than that, very very nicely surprised with the Zapp!
