Customer Review: Impossible to collapse this stroller

I bought this stroller but I have not taken it out of the house since I find it impossible to collapse and need the help of another person to get it folded down.
I called Quinny and they just said it takes force to get it closed and from what I described it is working as it is suppose to. I am surprised that a $500.00 stroller would be designed so that the average person could not easily collapse it.
I'm now forced to try and sell it and find a different stroller. I would not recommend this stroller to anyone.

I bought this stroller at >50% off - so I'm pretty happy with my purchase compared to other strollers I could have bought at that price. However, it is not perfect and there are definitely some cons.
PROS:
Seat faces forward and reverse - and it is easily interchanged.
The seat is comfortable for my child and she is very content to sit in it for a long ride.
It has a smooth ride and is great for walking on the bumpy sidewalks in my neighborhood.
The stroller is light.
CONS:
In any position other than fully upright, the sun shade is useless (The Protect-a-Bub Compact fixed this problem for us).
If you try to put the stroller in the car sideways, the damn thing pops open.

We used basinet when my daughter was small, I could go for walks every day and she would be sleeping in a comfortable bed.
She also loves stroller, very soft, comfortable, a little wide to go shopping, but very pretty and very creative design.
I am still enjoying using it very much every day for almost 6 months.

This stroller is great for the outdoors. We take this on the go to my husband's softball games. It easily rolls through gravel, grass and dirt. The material is also much cooler for our daughter than our Chicco stroller. She is two months old and fits just fine and the straps tighten as they should. It opens and folds very easily. It does take up quite a bit of room in the back of our SUV but we wouldn't trade it for a smaller one.Customer Review: Its Worth the Buzz

If someone told me I would spend $500+ on a stroller I would say never. But after a visit to Land of Nod, read lots of review online my husband and I decided to splurge on the Quinny Buzz Stroller for our first and only child. It was the trip to Land of Nod that triggered me to consider this stroller. If you live in a walking city, like Chicago, it is one of the best strollers; it is excellent on the sidewalks, great for jogging, light weight, handling with one hand. The stroller comes with ALL the accessories, unlike most strollers. Our daughter enjoys the comfort of the Quinny Buzz; it is her little hybrid car. If you live in a city where you do lots of walking or strolling I would highly recommend this stroller. Also, it is good through toddler; so it is ONE stroller for ALL age.
