Baby Products Reviews of Prince Lionheart Two Stage Seat Saver, BlackCustomer Review: A Great Buy! Summary: 5 Stars
We just had our first child and saw this item at the store. Absolutely love it since we have leather seats and it keeps them intact! Our car seat is installed correctly (had it checked professionally)so we don't know where that review came from. The quality is great and the color matches our leather seats perfectly. We are definately satisfied and recommend it to anyone who does not want their car seats ruined.
Customer Review: Best car seat protector Summary: 5 Stars
Tried a different "car seat protector" from a local store, but it was too soft to protect the leather of my rear car seats (started to see indents, etc). Returned it and bought this one. The back is not as high as you might expect (may not protect against large car seats), but the part that goes underneath the seat, which is the most important, is more than adequate - does the job well.
Customer Review: RECOMMENDED Summary: 5 Stars
We had tried many other products before purchasing these one year ago (we purchased 4). They work great! There are no lines or pressure marks in the seat fabric once the car seats are removed. We recommend them to anyone. The velcro piece that holds the two sections together could have been better made, but we have not had any problem with the two sections staying in place and together.
Customer Review: Doesn't Fit on Seat Summary: 1 Stars
I recently purchased a Town and Country minivan with leather captain's seats in the middle row. I purchased this seat protector to keep the leather in good condition, free from dents and scratches. Unfortunately, the bottom portion of the protector is too wide to sit on the seat and I am unable to use it. I will be returning it today and hope to find a better fit in another product.
Customer Review: Response to Safety Concern Summary: 4 Stars
I investigated the safety concern(...). I called Prince Lionheart to get documentation of safety. Apparently this seat protector has been inspected by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and has been approved (I guess if the foam was really thick, it could cause a problem, but this is far thinner than the threshold, according to Prince Lionheart).
