These are the best nipples we found for my breastfed baby. He didn't have any trouble going back and forth between breast and bottle. The fast flow really does the trick now that he's older -- we switched from the slow flow nipple at around 4 months. With the fast flow, he can drink an 8 oz bottle in 10 minutes.
In all fairness, you can get these at Target. However, they frequently run out of them (they ALWAYS have the slow flow in stock), and it was worth it to me to have them shipped instead of checking at Target every week.
