I bought this to sterilize the bottles for my baby. Works well. The nice part about it is that I was able to sterilize not just their brand bottles, but the Dr Brown, the Born Free, and the Madela breast pump bottles. My baby looks to have liked the Dr Brown bottles so this was great that we did not need to buy a specific one to work only with one type of bottle.Customer Review: no bottles

Great service, it arrive on time, but I bought this product because the description said that it included two bottles, and no bottles came. You have to make sure that the information that you are giving is correct. I cannot return the item because it is a gift, but now I have to buy the bottles. Thanks. The product makes sterilizing the gazillion bottles (who knew a newborn could go through so many bottles?) much much easier. Although the sterilizer limits the types and sizes of bottles you can fit in it, I'm generally a big fan of Avent bottles anyways, so I didn't mind. But while Avent finally gave in and started making BPA-free bottles and pacifiers (I always HATED the bs line they'd give about how their studies showed that BPA wasn't harmful if used properly, blah blah blah) I'm really disappointed that this product hasn't made the switch just yet. One only needs to look at the science (at least the studies NOT sponsored by a baby product or plastics company) to see that we are exposed to much too much BPA which has deleterious health affects. I'm hoping that Avent gets the message louder and clearer that they need to make ALL their products BPA free, including this otherwise wonderful sterilizer.Customer Review: Giving a 2nd try

I had/have high hopes for this product. I used the Avent line with my first child and like the idea of this sterilizer. I turned it on the first time and after that it wouldn't work. Will return and give it a 2nd try after all of the positive reviews on other sites.
