I used Advent baby bottles for my first kid and thought they may make the same good quality product. Hence, I bought 3 of this item when it was on sale. The bottles are brand new. However, some of them leak if I don't close the cap EXTREMELY tight as comparing the tightness I put on the older version, which is the non BPA free bottle.Customer Review: They Leak

The first time i bought these bottles, feeding became a nightmare project. Like many reviewers here, i had to deal with leaky bottles that just wouldn't stop leaking no matter what i tried. i looked online for all kinds of tricks to fix the problem, and tried them all to no avail. But i just couldn't help but notice how reviews for this product were always excellent or horrible. I kept reading that some people never experienced leakage with this item. So i figured i'd give the bottles another chance by returning my leaky ones and exchanging it for new ones. And voila! no leaking at all! i've been using them for several months now and love them for all the reasons they've been cited as excellent.
i'd recommend these bottles only if you're willing to invest time in buying and returning till you end up with the right one. i'm guessing that some were manufactured without the defect. once you've got one that doesnt leak, you'll appreciate its high quality. i've tried many many other bottles, and this one trumps them all by far.

Yes, they work. They also really leak-sometimes. My husband and I have tried a couple of different methods or "tricks" to get them to work. So far the best is to line up the ridges inside the ring with the open areas of the bottle. Nothing like the bottle dumping out on your baby in the middle of the night. Wish I had invested in a different brand
