This product is easy to use and cuts sterilization time in half---a great time- and labor-saving device for new moms.
However, you can only use special Avent bottles with this product. If your child is particular about their bottle, this can present a big problem.
Recommended with reservations. I suggest buying an Avent bottle first, seeing if your baby likes it, and only then moving ahead with purchase.

Getting this sterilizer through Amazon Vine came just in time as I just had my first child under two weeks ago. We have had to sterilize pacifiers and breast pump components on a daily basis and this sterilizer gets the job done quickly and efficiently. It only takes six minutes and you are done. As a new parent, there is always something to do; this machine simply makes life a little easier. I highly recommend it.Customer Review: makes life easier

Boiling the bottles in hot water is so old school. The IQ24 takes the old school out of sterilizing bottles with this simple machine. It is fast , simple, and thorough in sterilizing bottles. It is just two steps, put the bottles in the machine and plug it up. In roughly about 7 minutes the bottles are sterilized. So if you have a baby and you want to simplify one task then I wold highly recommend this product.Customer Review: Does what it's supposed to do

I also received the Microwavable unit from Amazon Vine so that's the product I'm reviewing. I decided to give it to my cousin who just had a baby and she raves about it. Bottom line, it does what it's supposed to do. It's a lot more convenient than boiling bottles in a big pot and she loved the fact that the bottles stayed sterilized for up to 24hours. Very easy to use and very cost efficient.Customer Review: Stopped working within 1 week!!

So far my experience with this product is dismal. We ordered it through Amazon in September so we would have it in good time,our son was born last week. We started using it Thursday and the unit stopped working completely on Tuesday. We called Amazon who were not willing to help at all as the product was out of the 30 day 'policy' (which I personally think is poor customer service for a product that does not actually work!!) We called Philips Avent who said they would send us labels to replace it... we are still waiting! A very poor experience so far...
