Wow this is so cool why didn't they have these when my kids were babies? Oh wait they didn't have microwaves then either. My grandaughter used this last night and it was so easy. She is such a germ freak that she sometimes scares me but she said she loved the fact that this was so easy AND so sterile. She told her husband she was going to town today and getting one of these and throw their other one away. She washed the babies bottles and put them into this and put it in the microwave and in no time at all had safe and clean bottles. She also liked the fact that she could sterilize the bottles and leave them in for 24 hours without contamination. This is according to the "germ freak" the best thing since cotton candy.Customer Review: Works well, but large

My sister came to visit with her baby, so this arrived just in time. When I pulled it out of the box, my first reaction was OH NO! It was so big.
When it was time to use it, I was glad I had it. Not only did it sterilize the nipples, but it worked for the bottles and her breast pump accessories as well. She like how she could leave them in up to 24 hours, although, she mostly just left them in overnight while she slept.
If you open it too soon, the bottles are hot, but it comes with tongs(no need to burn your fingers), a measuring cup and even 2 bottles with nipples. This is a very nice kit. But it took up so much space on my small counter that I sent it home with her when she left.

Quise preveer comprando el producto hace dos meses y estar listo para el nacimiento de mi bebe, se llego el dia y la sorpresa que no me funiono el avent IQ24, lo enciendi, segui las instrucciones paso a paso y cuando quise esterilizar me daba un error que era mucha el agua que tenia, le quite agua, le puse mas y nada de nada, lamentablemente mi bebe tenia mucha hambre y por la poca experienca tuve que darle una pacha nueva con el gran temor de no esterilizarla como se debia, despues sali corriendo al super a comprar un AVENT pero el express el cual me esta funcionando de maravilla, por favor prueben sus productos ya que yo lo compre y lamentablemente ahora para devolver es bien complicado porque no vivo en USA, que defraudado me siento porque no me funciono cuando necesitab el AVENT ojala Phillips me responda dandome una solucion ya que a mi bebe todo se lo he comprado marca AVENT y la mala suerte que tuve que dicho producto no me funciona.Customer Review: Decent

I received this product through Amazon's Vine program. It works well for what it says it will do, which is heat and sterilize baby bottles. The bottles do not come with it, which stinks because they are just extra money.
As for functionality, you add a little water, turn it on and wait for the signal to let you know that the process of sterilizing is done. I haven't used the long term process as the baby is tiny and requires feeding every couple of hours.
I do believe this process can be done cheaper and more efficiently without having to spend $80-$90 and buying bottles. Where have we gone in this world?

The product does exactly what it says it does, it's of a good quality and very simple to use. We got it as a gift when I was pregnant and we used it for the first couple of months while we where staying at my mom's and were in a room far from the kitchen (microwave and stove practically unavailable), so we had it in our room. I had twins and this was a nice product to have with us, since we had the bottles ready in no-time.
When we got back home we stopped using that one and started using the Avent microwave sterilizer because it's much simpler to use, but it doesn't mean it's better.
Not only do I rate the product 5 stars, but the manufacturer as well, since the first one we got as a gift broke and we called Avent. They sent us a new one in no time, practically no questions asked.
