I like this product very much. It is very practical and saves time since I don't have to go to the kitchen to sterilize the bottles and can concentrate everything in my daughter's bathroom. The only flaw is that the bottles do not dry, rather they remain moist, wet even. This makes me somewhat uncomfortable. Other than that, the sterilizer is wonderful.Customer Review: Very worth it

I loved this sterilizer until it died after 91 days of regular usage. First it melted my bottle nipples; then, it wouldn't steam at all. Everything else I have used from Avent and Phillips has been of the highest quality so I was shocked. I replaced this steamer with a Tommee Tippee brand electric steamer, which I have found to be very reliable.Customer Review: fantastic purchase!

This is one of the best purchases we completed for our first baby. Quick, easy to use, and dependable. This product arrived on time and came in perfect condition. Easily sterilizes in 6 minutes as promised. We use it once a day. Product has plenty of room inside to sterilize more bottles and feeding equipment than what we expected. I purchased this item under the impression it was new but when i received it i found out it was a used item and it was dirty. I returned it since September and stil i have not received a refund. i will never purchase anything from this seller. on a scale of 1 to 10 this experience was probably a minus 10. It is very frustrating.
